Ready to hunt for pure gold?

Join the Karlić family in Paladini for a seasonal white truffle hunting and cooking show experience, available only from September 1st to December 31st. This special group tour takes you into the famous Motovun forest, one of Istria’s most important white truffle areas.

Your experience starts with a warm welcome, truffle liqueur and an introduction to Istrian truffles, local legends and truffle hunting tradition. After that, you will head into the forest with a licensed truffle hunter and trained truffle dogs in search of rare white truffles.

After the hunt, return to the Karlić family estate for a live cooking show and a 4-course degustation menu prepared in front of you. Taste traditional Istrian truffle specialties, including white truffle dishes, paired with homemade Malvazija, Teran, sparkling and still water.

The experience also includes a visit to the first Croatian Truffle Museum, making this a complete seasonal gourmet experience for food lovers, families and small groups.
